Stellantis N.V (STLA.xnys) is a Dutch multinational automotive manufacturing corporation headquartered in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. Stellantis was formed based on a cross-border merger between Fiat Chrysler Automobiles (FCA) and Peugeot S.A Group (PSA) in January 2021 and operating in more than 130 countries producing fourteen brands, including Alfa Romeo, Dodge, Chrysler, Citroën, Fiat, Jeep, Maserati, and Opel. The company is traded on the Milan Stock Exchange (BIT), Euronext Paris, and New York Stock Exchange as a component of the Financial Times Stock Exchange Borsa Italiana Index (FTSE MIB) and the CAC-40 Index. Stellantis N.V (STLA.xnys) has a workforce of 300.000 people, and its current market cap is €54.417B (EUR). Stellantis has announced its $35.5B (USD) investment in electric vehicle technologies, targeting over 70% of sales in Europe and over 40% in the United States to be EV by 2030. The first step in this will be the GranTurismo, which will be relaunched in 2022 as Maserati's first electric car before another EV arrives within June 2023. Dodge announced the launching of an electric muscle car in 2024 under what it's calling eMuscle technology. Jeep declared that it would have an EV in each segment it competes in by 2025.
